My experience at this restaurant was extremely unpleasant. Despite arriving before other customers and placing our order first, we were served last after waiting for 45 minutes. On top of that, they forgot to bring out 2 of our dishes, so we decided to just ask for the bill for the food we did receive. The most frustrating part was that the staff insisted on a mandatory 10% service tip for such poor service (the service charge is already included in all orders without the customer's consent). When we asked to speak with the owner, the manager said they would find them but never returned. This level of incompetence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Food is good, but service is pretty hit or miss. Some of the staff look really unhappy and don't seem to like it if you only order a few things at a time I do this so the food doesn't all come at once and get cold... . They seem to give preference to Pakistani diners and pay little attention to you if you're not Pakistani.The food alone is not worth the price they charge also add service charges .Nihari here is ridiculously overpriced for the portion they serve.
I had lunch at this restaurant today. The seekh kebabs, both chicken and beef, were exceptional and authentic. The til naans were great and fresh. The chicken karahi was just okay. The tandoor-baked naans with sesame seeds and butter were fantastic. Overall, it is a great Pakistani food spot with minimal decor. I would definitely come back for the authentic food, but it may not be suitable for bringing guests due to the decor.
Ordered the chicken and beef tikka rice sizzler and brain masala with naan. Food was below average. Chicken and beef tikka were dry and lacked flavour. Brain masala was decent, but naan was thin and more like pita. Gratuity charge for subpar service on the bill. Disappointed with the overall experience, especially considering the price! Would not recommend.

Although the ambiance was pleasant, it didn't particularly stand out. It is a suitable spot for a casual meal, but perhaps some improvements could make it more memorable. Overall, my experience at was satisfactory. I would recommend it for its great service and the chance to try some delicious dishes.
Such great Pakistani food, excellent service and the staff are so wonderful and welcoming. The owner sat with us for ages and shared his experience of Canada to us as tourists. He also gave my husband free kebabs and my daughter a lassi. Dishes were spicy but delicious. Highly recommended.
I waited half an hour for quick food. I’m addition, Naan were not fresh and Fish Boneless were very very oily and not really tasty at all. I might change this rating after another visit but for now this is I think what is right.
We ordered Kadhai Chicken, Veal biryani and naan. The food was decent, I felt that the Kadhai chicken could have been better as the gravy was very watery and not thick at all. The biryani was good.

Food was just ok. Nothing extraordinary. The place had extreme smell of spices. Need to improve their exhaust system. It seems the owner is least bothered about maintaining the place.
