simply one of the best Indian restaurant experiences we have ever had, the staff are attentive and friendly, but not lazy. the decor is light and the use of waney edge hardwood around the square it differs from the sometimes drab interiors in other British Indian restaurants. the presentation of the food was fantastic, and the portion sizes were sufficient for those with a large appetit. the selection of the various meal times was also excellent. lakeland spice rivals our favorite Indian restaurant home, so we will definitely book a table again next time in keswick.

After a very long day walking we popped in on the off chance there was a table. Friendly, welcoming and attentive staff. Simply the best Indian food we have ever had, well presented, tasty and portions big enough for the healthiest appetites. A wonderful relaxed happy atmosphere, will definitely be going back when we come back to Keswick.

I came here yesterday with my family to celebrate my birthday. eating was nice, a lot of choice on the menu, cozy atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. the nice man who worked there even gave me a bottle of wine after he realized it was my birthday. how kind! we will definitely return! Thanks again!

booked this place last minute on a Saturday. very varied Indian menu, good food and friendly service recommended.
