I went to lunch here with a co-worker and the menu although small, had a good variety for different people's "tastes". There were salad, wraps, sandwiches and a couple of dinner-like options. We both had the tostada. It came with lots of beans and vegetables and a wonderful lime-tinged sauce. It was accompanied by a cole slaw that had more green leafy veggies in it than cabbage but that was OK with me...I like it when ordinary dishes are changed up a bit. Service was attentive without being annoying. The restaurant is small and so can get loud when it is full...
Ce restaurant est vraiment un petit trésor à découvrir, l'ambiance est chaleureuse et intime, le service excellent et la nourriture est tout simplement délicieuse. Il faut absolument essayer les arancinis aux tomates fumées et les Fish chips! J'ai eu la chance de jouer à l'Alambic avec mon groupe de musique Saphir Avenue et l'expérience a été unique, nous avons été très bien reçu. Merci d'encourager les artistes locaux : !
Have visited 4 times and tried 3 different dishes. The only way to describe the food is to call it amazing along with the super friendly efficient staff, it is truly a fantastic dining experience whether there for lunch or supper. The hamburger is he best ever, even more so than some of the places in Hull and Gatineau that specialize in burgers.Highly recommended for a fantastic dining experience.
Une première pour nous ce soir au Bistro l'Alambic, nous avions un souper pour le 40ième d'un ami. Le tout était excellent, de l'entrée d'escargots, au plat de veau et que dire du dessert de tarte au sucre! Bravo au staff qui ont bravé la chaleur et nous a fourni un service rapide, attentionné et impécable. Vraiment, un gros bravo... une vrai perle ce petit resto! Réservez une table maintenant
I have already tried two delicious Tapas-style appetizers and am waiting for the pork belly sandwich. So far, I have to say it's top notch. The chef really knows how to combine ingredients to deliver an amazing taste experience! I will definitely come back to try more of the menu. I would recommend this place if you consider yourself a true foodie!
Petit Restaurant avec une cuisine assez impressionnante. Les prix son dure à battre. Le staff est très sympathique. Je vous le conseil pour dîner et souper. Nous avons réservé cette endroit pour 3 anniversaire, 1 party de noël de travail et un souper pour un Bachelor et tout les gens on fais d'excellent commentaire. Merci à toute l'équipe.
