We have denied here yesterday evening to recommend my laws and it was not disappointed. there were 2 choices per entree and tablet principle, I chose a delightful brandad filled choux bung with salat, followed by baked fish with polnta and an incredible mushroom cuve sauce. we did not plan on dessert, but after we discovered a nearby table they had received, we changed quickly! it was a coconut macaron with apricot sorbet, accompanied by a cup/she of chocolate filled with mango coulis, coconut mousse and meringue beauty. we will be absolutely back, it is by far the best we had in nimes so far, and so much better than some of the tourist traps in the center of the city. the server was also fr...

Nous souhaitions découvrir ce lieu depuis quelques temps. Hier se fût le moment et quelle belle découverte. Tout était là, le cadre, le service, la présentation, le goût… Un vrai régal pour les yeux lors de l’arrivée de nos plats, un vrai plaisir pour nos papilles au moment de la dégustation. Bravo pour le service chaleureux, félicitations pour les mets très gustatifs. A très bientôt Audrey et Julien.

restaurant que je recommande vivement. produits de qualité. recettes ausnahmeelles. pas de carte, le menu varie tous les jours en fonction des arrivages. 2 derées, 2 plats, 2 desserts sont proposés par jour. serveur très agréable and agréable. un moment de pur bonheur pour les papilles. un grand merci pour votre talent.

Passation faite avant le covid entre une personnalité de la cuisine nimoise a ses apprentis devenus grand pour prendre la suite. Dans la présentation des plats frais et faits maisons de la fameuse brandade jusqu'à la profiterole. Un bon moment
