In a somewhat remote place, offered for sale in a refrigerator in front of a farm inn, a surprising vegan vegetable bolognese, cooked by Melanie Mölzner with love, delicious and rich, a special pleasure. It doesn't always have to be meat! An offer that earns 5 stars.I recommend two vegan days a week, in addition a vegetarian. Meat may be consumed if the animals have a good life. A good life we humans want us too. The wild or beef from the bourgeoisie in Büchelberg, also offered in the chilled glass in front of the restaurant, is very good and worth its price. It is a very good restaurant only with performance only on Sundays.but there is a cupboard with various late tender honey jams and other to buy.and compared to potatoes very good quality.
