The level of hostility here is unbelievable. I strongly advise you to stay away from The Landing. I ordered a cup of clam chowder and a $24 lobster roll. The $7 chowder was packed with potatoes and had literally no clams in it. The lobster roll consisted of a huge piece of bread with just three tiny chunks of lobster mixed with mayonnaise (see the photos). Although the lobster was fresh, I was put off because you can get a much better lobster roll anywhere else within a 5-mile radius, with triple the meat and at a lower price. We came up from Boston and we stayed at the trade inn . We conveniently found the landings restaurant right around the corner. And let me tell you the food there was phenomenal. Our waitress Liz was super sweet and very attentive. I had the shrimp fettuccine with arugula topping and my friend had the chicken Alfredo pasta . And for dessert a blueberry bread pudding so yummy . We enjoyed everything Thank for your hospitality and great food.

We had a fantastic dining experience, enjoying both delicious food and attentive service! We can't wait to go back and sample more items from the menu. I highly recommend the chowder and the little cuffs, and the calamari was cooked to perfection! And of course, we can’t overlook the cold beer!
Ordered fried halibut fillet however, the fish had a gray color and was under cooked. I doubt that it was halibut which is pure white everywhere else I ordered it. Clam chowder was thick and rich; clams were perfectly cooked. Super friendly waitress.
Delicious food! I loved the lobster dinner and the beautiful view. I appreciate restaurants that offer their own parking, so that was definitely a bonus for me. The martinis are fantastic. I make a point to visit every time I'm in town!
Delicious food and friendly service! We will definitely return to try more menu items. I highly recommend the chowder and little neck clams. The calamari was lightly breaded to perfection as well! They also have cold beer on tap!

Terrible service, some of the worst food I've ever had. Mussels teeny, haddock chowder burnt no chunks to it.my husband had a salad with chicken,never seen anything so pathetic. Don't waste your time. Chef doesn't give a damn.
What a fantastic location for a meal! And the service is wonderful. We loved the cocktail menu and the food was amazing! Literally everything we ordered was fantastic! In particular the fish tacos were amazing!
