The young man with glasses was quite rude and unpleasant during my visit. I believe he only works on weekends, but his attitude is the worst I've encountered. He seemed to dislike his job and didn’t want to be there. His disrespectful behavior towards me and other paying customers was unacceptable. He definitely needs training in customer service, as his negative demeanor is detrimental to your business.
It is one of the best bakeries in the area. I tried the dark chocolate and cream puff, and both were really good. The lady at the front was so patient and explained the difference between the pastries. Overall, it was a great experience. I highly recommend their pastries!!!
Am very surprised this bakery place the price its posted front $5.25 the shower he said to me if u buy cash $5.25 or if u buy card $8.25 what does means if I buy cash or card what is the difference I feel sorry for poor customer service and am not going this place any more
I went in at 6:40 ish and was turned away EXTREMELY rudely. It was like throwing a stray dog out. She had not updated her hours to say that she closes at 6:45 on Sundays so I unknowingly went. It was a waste of time and energy. Réservez une table maintenant
The women works here is very disrespectful we went there 2 hours earlier before closing then she told us we can’t sit because she will start cleaning then she gave us what we didn’t order…
We just bought some sliced cake and we found whether it is a gray hair or a pet hair in the cake. ? Very Disgusting. This place used to be one of my favorite pastry not any more!
