Mon mari et moi avions des réservations pour le déjeuner ici en plein cœur de la saison de la lavande. Les réservations n'étaient vraiment pas nécessaires, mais nous avons pris cette précaution. Le gentil monsieur qui a répondu au téléphone parlait anglais, ce qui était un peu utile. Nous ne savions pas à quoi nous attendre, mais avons été agréablement surpris par la belle présentation et le bon rapport qualité-prix. Nous avons commandé le "menu du jour" qui se composait d'une entrée de gazpacho croustillant et savoureux... parfait pour une journée très chaude en Provence! Le gazpacho était préparé avec des tomates locales fraîches, de petits morceaux de mozzarella et du basilic très savoure...
We had dined at L'Antiquaire before, but never like our most recent experience. It seems that for a variety of reasons the staff was reduced to the owner and chef on the night of our reservation. David greeted us on arrival, but never mentioned that anything was amiss. We thought it curious we were the only patrons that evening, but declined to explore the issue initially. Our orders were taken and the courses began to appear from the kitchen - promptly I might add. At or about the time of the third course my wife could no longer contain her curiousity and in perfect French said essentially where are all the people. Bien que nous ayons réservé, nous étions les seuls clients dans le restaurant. Nous avions quelques questions sur le menu très limité et un charmant mais impatient monsieur est venu nous dire qu'ils avaient fait des substitutions pour la soirée. Notre premier plat était très bon mais c'est à peu près tout. Mon repas était composé de restes odds and end et d'un morceau de thon frit! Don’t be fooled by the 2 OLD Out DATED, Michelin Star stickers on the window..This is not a Michelin star restaurant anymore.. and not even close.The ambiance is great! – Even sexy. They learned from when they were a Michelin Star restaurant 5 years ago... And the Staff is very nice and attentive. They’ve also got some rather creative dishes, which dont come together. Five of us in our party, only the lamb was good.. In fact it was very good. Which brings our experience up from a 2 to a 3.. Everything else, was largely tasteless.We should have known by the fact there was only 3 other sucker guests in the place. Every other restaurant in Lourmarin is packed and for good reason… So glad we had...

This restaurant gives Michelin and Trip Advisor a bad name. Don't trust the stickers on the front door. My salmon tart was merely a dry and tasteless ball of mealy cheese with salmon flakes, and when my father tried it, he almost spat it out. Mum ordered a beef pie-like dish, and received some gristly offal swimming in gravy with some mash potatoes plopped clumsily on top. I took one bite of hers, and had to wash it down with water. Needless to say we barely finished our meals. The restaurant was dusty and the service was extremely slow. The only good thing was the cat walking around the restaurant. She distracted me slightly from the awful taste.
Un peu plus bas de gamme que le Moulin mais un bon repas. Cet endroit est un peu à l'écart et semble être fréquenté autant par les locaux que par les touristes. Il semble avoir le charme de la cuisine authentique du Luberon. Comme dans la plupart des bons restaurants, le menu propose peu de plats. Mieux vaut faire quelques choses bien que beaucoup de choses indifféremment. Le seul cuisinier et seul serveur parlait suffisamment anglais pour s'en sortir mais les repas étaient excellents. Tomate rafraîchissante sur une entrée au basilic, délicieux plat de poisson poêlé et glace gustative/dessert aux fruits frais. Un peu plus de 100 € vin compris.
L'Antiquaire est apparemment maintenant appelé "Le Bouchon". Pourquoi la France, et la Provence en particulier, est-elle un endroit merveilleux à visiter? À cause de restaurants comme Le Bouchon. Offrez-vous un délicieux repas avec de grands vins dans ce fantastique restaurant. Le chef et le serveur sont merveilleux et attentifs. Vous ne pouvez pas vraiment faire un mauvais choix dans le menu. Tout est savoureux (nous le savons, nous étions un groupe de cinq et avons commandé principalement des plats différents du menu).
Stopped by L'Antiquaire for lunch spontaneously and had a solid experience. Gazpacho and octopus for starters, and then tuna steaks with vegetables, all of very good quality and tasteful. Friendly service, good price-value-ratio.

We were here last summer and I remember sending our fish checks back because they were spoiled. The salmon was flavorless. There are so many better restaurants in the beautiful town.
