L'Artimon - Réserver une table

Le restaurant est au centre d'un petit village, mais il faut quand même réserver longtemps à l'avance. Cela est dû en partie à la qualité de la nourriture, mais je pense que cela peut aussi être dû au fait qu'il peut accueillir un maximum de 24 personnes.... L'accueil a été sympathique et le service rapide. Le menu est assez limité, tant pour la nourriture que pour le vin, et le choix de menu le plus cher ne détaille pas ce que vous obtiendrez ! Le choix à la carte nous convenait et nous avons été satisfaits de nos choix. Nos plats préférés étaient les plats de poisson, ce qui n'est pas surprenant puisque nous sommes situés sur la côte atlantique. La seule critique mineure serait qu'il n'y avait pas d'étouffement des voix des autres convives, donc même si les tables étaient bien espacées, on ne pouvait s'empêcher d'entendre ce qui se disait aux autres tables. Peut-être qu'un peu de musique, des rideaux ou un tapis pourraient aider. Le restaurant n'est ouvert que deux midis par semaine hors saison, et un peu plus en juillet et août.

The restaurant is in the centre of a small village, but even so, you have to book well ahead. This is partly due to the quality of the food, but I think it may also be due to it seating a maximum of 24 people. The welcome was friendly and the service was quick. The menu is fairly limited, both for food and wine, and the most expensive choice of menu does not detail what you would get! The choice from the a la carte did suit us and we were pleased with our choices. Our favourites were the fish dishes, not surprisingly, as this is right on the Atlantic coast.The only minor criticism would be that there was no deadening of the voices of other diners, so even though the tables were well spaced, one could not help but overhear what was being said at those other tables. Perhaps some music, or curtains or a carpet might help.The restaurant is only open two lunchtimes a week off-season, and a bit more during July and August.

we enjoyed our meal here two years ago so that we returned 10 days ago already reserved one night in advance. the recipe was cool and the service in the whole hand. no support in the selection of local wines for example. the plates were hot, very hot, but we were warned for the first cure. but when my dessert arrived (please ask) I touched the side of the teller (how to could) and wept loud madame, why didn't you warn me? well, it was under the grill after all her answer was. I thought they were flaming for that? eating was fresh and well prepared, but certainly not for a par with our first experience that we had marked as a Michelin Star equivalent. will not disturb again. they don't need either.

Des plats pleins de saveurs, un accueil chaleureux, et des prix très abordables malgré le travail constant que demande un métier tel que la restauration. Un grand bravo et nous reviendrons dès que l'occasion se présentera !
