I was seated fairly quickly, but it took quite a while to get my drink and have my order taken since there were only two waitstaff working during lunch. I ordered the mixed lunch fajitas but only received beef. It wasn’t a major issue, but the portion sizes were quite small, and to be honest, HEB's pre-cooked fajitas had more flavor and seasoning than these.
I strongly advise against visiting LA Rosa's Mexican restaurant in Port Neches. I was charged $18 for a small bowl of tortilla soup, which is outrageous. While I was sitting there, I felt something crawling on my hand, and it turned out to be a roach. I will never go back; it was a disgusting experience.
Service is painfully slow compared to other restaurants. often times the order is wrong. Servers forget to bring things you ask for if you ask for more than one thing at a time. I do love the food though. But most definitely there Is room for improvement. I would recommend but with warning.
If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. It was an awful experience! While I was pregnant, the owner shouted at me, and to top it off, the food was disgusting. The customer service was terrible, and the food was no better. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Réservez une table maintenant
They have incredible drinks and delicious food! My husband and I had a wonderful date night here, loved sampling their variety of alcoholic beverages, and the food was absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend giving it a try—10/10!
The Mexican food here is quite good. The restaurant is a bit small, but I'm happy to see that they are planning to expand. The servers and staff were wonderful! It's great to have a Mexican restaurant in Port Neches.
My parents and I truly enjoy this restaurant! The food is amazing (especially the hot sauce), and the staff are wonderfully welcoming!
