I usually avoid restaurants that are empty, but it was quite early to midday, so we decided to try it anyway, so glad we stayed, eating was excellent, great aromen well presented and an interesting menu. we had escargots with maroilles (art of cheese) that was a small pot of deliciousness, had to stop me from eating too much bread while we scrub the whole sauce, it was so good. the mixed plate of rillettes, air-dried ham and potvletch a house special (I can have blown that wrong) was so delicious, I would have eaten happy twice over. the main thing of the salmon was tender, perfectly cooked with a delightful sauce that was light but full of taste. desserts were also very good and made home....
