I placed an order for delivery on Sunday 2/25/24 730pm for 2 spaghetti w/ meat sauce dinners and mozzarella cheese over the top on both. Also ordered baked ziti w/ meat sauce and mozzarella cheese on top, which was received and 3 rice puddings for dessert. Total $64.94. I asked the young lady to read me back the order that was perfect, except when we got the order the 2 spaghetti dinners had no mozzarella cheese on top. She said she can make 2 dinners and send them out. I said I didn't want to go that far. Tried this pizzeria last year veggie pizza, cheese pizza, and fries. The fries were SO good! They had the right amount of crispiness. I immensely enjoyed the veggie pizza as well.This year, I tried the cheeseburger pizza, which lived up to its name quite well! And yes, I returned for the veggie pizza AND the fries... I was overcharged and told my money will be back on my card in a couple of days and I still haven't received anything, The food Is overpriced and not good anymore like it used to be..having to spend $25 in order to get food delivered and they charge an extra $5 is absolutely ridiculous, I usually order from them all the time and Tip very well, but they've lost me as a Customer..Too many young people work there that don't know what they're doing ?
I called tonight for a delivery, but the customer service representative told me I couldn't place an order because they were about to close. It was only 9:13 PM, and I didn't see any information on the website indicating that deliveries aren't available after that time. This policy should be updated immediately, as it just lost your business some revenue. It seemed a bit unprofessional.

Tour of Italy from seaford location. $15. 1 manicotti, 2 ravioli, 2 stuffed shells. Same filling in all 3 pastas. Tastless bland trash. Garlic bread was a sub roll. This place has zero quality standards and takes no pride in their product. It embarrassing really. This is strike 3. Never again. Chocolate cake old and dry. This place has given up.
Priced extremely too high. And Bacon constitutes a club sandwich. Even by itself ,bacon is no where even on the menu..
