Excellent place in the Pellioln valley. Incredible views and an exceptional setting. The food was correct for what the place is, typical French cuisine dishes where everything was on point. Personally, I did not like the parmesan sable as a starter, it lacked intensity of flavor and the zucchini cream that accompanied it did not stand out. The service: really very slow, we spent three and a half hours eating 4 dishes each, a long wait between dishes. We lost our appetite due to the long wait we had. At no time was there an explanation of the reason for the long delay from the room team. Taking out the negative point of the service, a recommendable place as long as that detail of the time is...
L'endroit est charmant, s'asseoir sur la terrasse avec de belles vues est inégalable. La cuisine est ambitieuse, mais chaque plat semble manquer son objectif d'une manière ou d'une autre. Par exemple, la côtelette d'agneau demandée à point est arrivée très saignante, avec la graisse à peine fondue. Le dessert aux figues, une concoction très étrange. Très bon moment passé dans cet établissement. Nous avons fait une courte promenade sur les crêtes puis sommes redescendus pour déjeuner au restaurant, où nous avons été très bien reçus malgré nos tenues de marche. A little marvel. Easily accessible from Nice, in 25 minutes we are perched in this little setting, the welcome and service are impeccable, simple and attentive. There were 4 of us and we had the 4 course service: copious and very good. The dishes are tasty and the value for money is very good. Really well done, a very nice, typical, authentic address!
