My husband and I chose to go here for a late lunch during a Monday trip up to Nova. He got the pb j burger and I got the bison burger. Both were amazing and cooked to perfection. My husband also ordered the huckleberry mule, which he said was delicious.The vibe of the restaurant is rustic and relaxed without overdoing it. I have been to other places similar to this one and appreciated that I was able to enjoy my burger without the disapproving eye of a stuffed steer on me. Comfort food at its best! I decided to stop by for dinner while traveling, drawn in by the positive reviews. The restaurant/bar has a cozy atmosphere; it's not too loud, making it quite relaxing. I was warmly welcomed by Sara, who highlighted the Happy Hour specials. They offered some fantastic local brews on tap that were really enjoyable. I started with the Happy Hour 'Candy Bacon'—wow! It was several large slices of bacon coated in a sweet and spicy glaze. Absolutely delicious! For my main course, I had the Fried Chicken Dinner, which was savory, perfectly seasoned, and incredibly tasty. When it comes to dining out…I’m picky! Yet Lazy Dog in Fairfax, VA never disappoints. They have fresh, healthy, and delicious food options.Staff is excellent and their beautiful smiles are always there to make you feel welcomed. I was especially impressed by the manager who came to great me and ensure I’m enjoying my meal. I already loved coming to Lazy Dog but now I love this place even more. Kudos to their management and their excellent staff!

This was my first visit for happy hour, and I was really impressed by the fantastic deals! We tried the crispy deviled eggs, which were delicious, along with coconut shrimp, Brussels sprouts, and mini corn dogs. Don’t miss their homemade ginger beer; it’s incredibly fresh with a nice kick at the end. Our server, Misa, was excellent—very attentive and polite, and he offered great recommendations. I will definitely be returning!
Lazy Dog is one of my favorite restaurants. I took my family here for their first time and they loved it too! Katherine is such a Sweetheart and such a great server!Highly highly recommend getting a fried chicken salad with extra croutons. I didn’t get it this time but it continues to be my favorite.Thanks Katherine!
We dined here for my birthday dinner, and the whole family joined us, including a baby. The service was friendly and quick, and all the food was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The restaurant was bustling and lively, making it an ideal spot for a big family gathering. We will definitely return.
I absolutely love the Fairfax Location. The food is always delicious and properly presented. It feels great being able to go somewhere where you know you will be treated with great service. Can't wait to come back. Thank you

Loved the crunchy ahi tuna. Super dog friendly, they even have dog meals too. We always have a meal here whenever we are in the area.
