Con 's Seating was in long rows, family style. Seating is set up to maximize revenue and not the experience, but that is a business decision by the ownership to keep costs affordable. Wine list is limited, so we drank cocktails at Cabaret prices of $10 for a one ounce pour. This was expected since I live in Old Montreal and go out weekly. Although it didn 't bother me, one of our group didn 't like exiting of everyone at once, for the next group attending the show. A little bit of a cattle call . After we came through the doorstep of the church, we were guided through while a church meeting took place. Dinner and dance hall are located in an area at the back of the church. It looks a good location for dinner and live band. This is definitely oriented towards an older demographic, and we felt about 10-15 years early for this kind of assembly. We stayed for dinner, but left before the show, which was not within the 2 hours since we sat. Dinner was good and the service was very nice. Probably a good idea for the event coordinators to alert potential guests of a younger affinity to the actual demography that appeals to this. It was about $170 for both of us.
What a blast! Great way to change it up with friends or significant other. Get ready to dance. ; Food was good, our waitress Chantal was awesome. Wine selection is very small though. . We went on a Thursday for the motown band and completely enjoyed the experience. We will be going back!
