Apart from the nice views and good reception personnel, the place gets a maximum 2 from me and only due to those 2 points. NO AIR-CONDITIONER in a 4-star is a catastrophe, especially when it’s +33 outside, and no, the fan proposed by the staff doesn’t help it just makes the hot air float around . And as there is a lake near, beware of mosquitos by night and no, the hotel does not provide any anti-mosquito product either. Wi-fi was far from good, entry to the SPA is 15 CHF per hour ! – a so-called “special price for guests” “thank you very much” , and the cherry-on-top is the entry to the GYM at 10 CHF per hour, which, by the way, has no air-conditioner as well. And anyway a supplement price...

We stayed at the hotel for two days, and It was nice until the check-out. Nice and kind staffs at the restaurant/spa and breathtaking view from the balcony made us feel happy during our stay. However, when we checked out we found that the breakfast was not included and costed 25fr per person/per breakfast, even though we were not informed it when we checked in. The staff should have informed it to us when we checked in, and the supervisor should have apologized to us about their mistake first. But he was only busy for sweeping their mistake underneath the rug and said to us “You are the first customer who complain about this. It is weird. Don’t you think?” “…?” He compensated half of the pay...

Amazing views. Very large and comfortable room and the terrace from our room was incredible as well. We visited for our honeymoon (metaphorically speaking) and they left some lovely towel swans. I’ll write a separate review for the restaurant. but honestly that was the the real star of the show and should have 6 stars.

A good overall experience. Only downsides were the complimentary minibar containing only water (still and sparkling) and soft drinks and the hotel bistro being closed for the summer during our stay. Amazing view from the 1st floor rooms facing the lake. Réservez une table maintenant

Fabulous location overlooking the vineyards and the lake. Several rooms have balconies with a lake view. Professional staff. Spa on site. Great experience. Walk through the vineyards and old town.

Excellent wine selection and excellent place for the view! Just love this place and going chilling there during the week! On weekends you find hardly a place on the deck. Thanks, Isabela
