Meals at the bistro: very beautiful view, notable designer and furniture, good parking, pleasant and professional welcome, spacious tables sufficiently far apart. Impeccable service from the chef, but the food... bland: (heart of lettuce and salmon croquettes, tasteless, accompanied by a tasteless sauce, without originality... for the dishes: the overcooked spare ribs, tasteless vegetables,... the fries were good! an extraordinary view over the montreux riviera, a stunning restaurant that won after its renovation on charming and intimate spaces. the service, which is mainly from the students of the hotel school of glion. all are very well trained and work with enthusiasm as a big smile, even behind these nerve masks. eating is fantastic, art on the teller as they can see on the pictures. local and seasonal food, with a wonderful wine and champagne selection. the comtes worked very well with the menu. definitely an address to check if they had not yet the chance to get there! cheers

This restaurant was the top Michelin restaurants which I have been. The view, ambiance, taste of dishes, level of service was very high. We ordered Boeuf Sarrasin, Les Haricots, Chariot fromages etc. Everything we tasted was perfect but my fav was Ribs Wagyu beef. I strongly recommend to visit this place
