Le Bistango - Réservation de table

We have been to this restaurant a number of times over the years and we’re usually satisfied. However our September 2023 visit in honour of my wife’s birthday left lots to be desired. Ordered filet mignon $58), received 3 small but tender) strips of beef. The plate was basically empty otherwise, lacking anything significant to accompany the “filet mignon”. Also ordered paëlla risotto $40). The risotto was essentially tasteless, and the paëlla appeared to be their own version nothing like what was expected. When we politely expressed some disappointment, the waiter disappeared and sent an assistant to complete the service. We completed a satisfaction survey but Bistango never responded.

Belle carte de vins , bon choix de repas , ambiance excellente , une magnifique terrasse a l’avant , service de grande qualité , restaurant qui a une allure très haut de gamme . La nourriture est excellente . Un très bon rapport qualité prix car c’est abordable . The chef was insanely excellent. The table gastronomique, which is a well priced 5 service meal is definetly worth it. Each course was very flavorful, cooked to perfection and well presented. The wine pairing and service was also excellent. I was so impressed by this restaurant that even if I wasn't staying at the ALT Hotel, I would come back here next time I was in town. Highly recommended.

The staff at this restaurant is wonderful, the food is delicious, and they are very accommodating for individuals with allergies. I have allergies to nuts, peanuts, soy, and beans, but after alerting the waiter, they were able to create a meal that was safe for me to eat. While the prices may be a bit high, the experience is worth it! Réservez une table maintenant

This place was amazing!!!! The staff let us bring our small dog to the patio because we could not leave her alone in the hotel. We got the octopus as an appetizer, and the filet of trout and lobster penne as our entrees. Everything was incredibly tasty. Will for sure come back here when we visit Quebec City.

It’s been a while I haven’t had such a good meal. If you’re two, I recommend the four course meal that includes a starter, soup, main meal, dessert and a bottle of wine. Everything was simply perfect! Definitely coming

Very nice restaurant with a great menu. The food was very tasty, and the prices were average for such a venue. The wine selections were adequate, and the staff were courteous. Recommended.
