Back in the region of Rennes, we had lunch at Le Bistronome which my brother highly recommended. We ordered the set menu consisting of an appetiser, a main and a dessert. Priced at 16 euros this is extremely great value. The food was very good, amply portioned and well presented. The restaurant features Cuisine de Saigon and the menu changes frequently. Highly recommended.

A la mode but still very differentiated with authentic desire to treat you well.Had lunch and dinner and was delighted.Maitresses de salle are on top of everything and help you reach beyond a papilles festival.All seem being made of local ingredients with creativity that exceeds the term itself.Would go back anytime.
All round this Restaurant was excellent not only was the food of high quality but also the service was just right - not rushed but not too slow - I was in a party of twelve who have been visiting France for the last sixteen years and this restaurant is probally in the top three of all those visited in that time. After travelling all day and arriving late, we needed somwhere to eat. Le Bistronome was recommended by a local. Great choice. Friendly service, good selection on menu and reasonably priced. Quality of food was high. Casual and pleasant dining.
Un excellent repas avec des ingrédients frais incorporés par un chef qui sait ce qu'il fait. Le poisson était parfaitement cuit. Les entrées et desserts étaient supérieurs. Une vraie trouvaille dans une petite ville hors des sentiers battus.
An excellent meal with fresh ingredients incorporated by a chef who knows what they're doing. Fish was perfectly cooked. Starters and desserts were superior. A real find in a small town off the beaten path.
Bien que le menu soit petit, pas de problème pour choisir. La nourriture était excellente. Le personnel était sympathique et efficace. J'ai trouvé que c'était un bon rapport qualité-prix ! Réservez une table maintenant
