We were looking for a nice and small restaurant. According to the map on the iPhone there was one relatively close to our hotel. Le Bistroquet on 29 Boulevard du Cardinal de Richelieu 90000 Belfort and according to the information on that map, it was open! Good, so we went to the address. No Le Bistroquet there?! So we asked some passers by and were told were to find it. We entered a room were there was a long table with people on it haven a drink and some food. We were told that the restaurant was closed (although the door was open and it was a Saturday night!! . We presume the people there were either friends of the owner or personnel. Either way: get organised! Take care that the address in the various apps are correct and, most important, that the opening hours are also correct! That would have prevented us from walking 2 km and be disappointed. Since the man who told us they were closed was also not very polite, we shall not go there again.
