restaurant decoration is a bit generic, although the chairs are quite comfortable and the wooden table boards are riveted. the staff is energetic, efficient and we were in less than an hour and half an hour in dinner. that seemed not to be rushing, only a higher and more youthful energy level than we have normally experienced in France. the menu is somewhat limited, but all our courses, appetizers, nets and desserts were of high quality. this was the crossing of several wine regions, the selection was very good. the hotel has a gourmet restaurant that we will try at another night. the bistro offers a good value and an innate atmosphere. they know what they do and it shows.

Le restaurant est charmant, le personnel très agréable et le service est très rapide. Les plats sont très bons, les saveurs bien équilibrés, les légumes et la viande sont de qualité. Un sans faute du début à la fin, merci.

une belle découverte, un cadre magnifique, une cuisine délicieuse. très bon risotto et des taux d'île flottant un peu élevé.

Nous avons été très satisfaits du menu du col qui nous a servis. personnel agréable et l'écoute du client. On reviendra.

Très bien. Le cadre est intime. Nous avons pu découvrir quelques vins de la région.
