If you can get a reservation here while in Saumur.. do it, you will not be disappointed. The food is exceptional and the staff friendly and informative. The wine we chose was out of stock so an alternative suggested. He gave us some information about the vineyard and it's history. It was a perfect match to the meal and so good we ended up at the vineyard to buy a case to bring home. 6 stars!

Le meilleur repas que nous avons mangé en ville. A l'arrivée, nous avons fait de notre mieux pour parler français, mais Viktor était très accueillant et heureux de nous parler en anglais. Notre chien a été fusionné (par le personnel et d'autres clients). La nourriture était très bien préparée, très fraîche, et présentée avec soin. Très savoureux.

Nous avons apprécié notre dîner en dehors de notre ami qui ne mange pas de viande rouge et de poisson cru. Le serveur était très gentil, attentif et connaissable. Les démarreurs et le secteur étaient délicieux !

Wonderful place!! Excellent food, excellent wines and extraordinary service, both cordial and professional. We were worried to come in with the kids but it was perfectly managed. Highly recommended.

Phenomenal! The food was incredible, fabulous wine and excellent service. You can never go wrong with a place that literally had two options for entrees. Amazing. Would 1000% recommend!
