I am pleased that we had booked in advance because the Restaurant was full and many were turned away. We finally found it with the help of the staff on the phone (tucked away behind the Cote Mer Restaurant) The resulting meal was excellent and of a very high standard. Mainly seafood oriented the dishes were very fresh , beautifully presented and very tasty. The wine list matched the menus and carte well and was not overpriced(We liked the idea of the availability of a good quality red wine by the Glass for the cheese course) An excellent meal and we will definitely be back when we are in the area again later this year.
Pity, we discovered this Restaurant the day we left Cancale, so we only had one opportunity to visit.We booked, on our way to the oyters museum, for 13.45 table 102 thye best table for 4. the menu st michel was fabulously presented cooked impeccably, the view of cancale's harbour breathtaking. service with a smile, starched linen, and 2 bottles of muscadet, all is well with the world. total bill for 4= 104 euros!fantastic.
Nous sommes allés avec un groupe de 11 personnes, dont quelques mangeurs difficiles (certains n'aiment pas les fruits de mer, etc.). Tout le monde est quand même reparti très heureux. Le poisson était incroyable, le plateau de fruits de mer était de grande qualité et bon rapport qualité-prix, et la viande était superbe.
