we (9 people) decided to have lunch at this place. although there were three long tables completely empty we had to wait for some 20 minutes before we could sit down. since it was busy (aacording to them) we had to wait for another 15...minutes before we could order since the chef was very busy. once we ordered it took ages before the dishes were served. having said that the dishes were served not at the same time. even when most had their lunch finished we had to ask when the last two dishes would be served. and talking about the food ordered, no high scores either. the meat was undercooked/raw, the soup was cold, the pasta was way to salty. it was simply a disaster. and the icing on the ca...

I have eaten every year in this mountain restaurant for the last fifteen years, but last week I experienced the worst customer service I have ever seen. we sat without fuss and treated with a casual misfortune that I have not experienced yet. Belle journée, nous avons réservé une table en terrasse. Le propriétaire a été vraiment serviable et nous sommes arrivés un peu en avance. Il a organisé des transats et des boissons pendant que nous attendions. La nourriture était vraiment bonne - un plateau de charcuterie et de fromage pour commencer (pas sur le menu) et... divers steaks, burgers pour les plats principaux. Magnum de rosé et quelques bonnes bouteilles de côtes du Rhône pour 6 personnes. Je ne suis pas sûr si les problèmes de personnel mentionnés dans d'autres critiques ont été résolus, mais nous avons eu une excellente expérience. Nous y retournerons certainement et vous recommandons d'essayer.
we thought here as what we hoped was a relaxed and civilized lunch on a beautiful sunny day. unfortunately the food was extorted (ton soup for 13 euro) and indifferent quality. I chose the 18 euro plat du jour after being said. it was fish, only to be served a small amount of an indefinite shellfish in a tomato sauce with some boiled kartoffels. the maitre d was abhand and impatient at the point of rest and, when I challenged him, explained, "It is not a problem for him". he was as rude as many other groups, so it wasn't just us. you had the clear impression that he did please us by serving us. avoid and save her money!
Nous étions un groupe de six et sommes allés au restaurant pour le déjeuner le 10 janvier. Je ne comprends tout simplement pas les critiques négatives de ce restaurant, la nourriture était excellente, le service exemplaire et l'ambiance chaleureuse, tout comme le feu ouvert. Nous sommes...venus ici de nombreuses fois au fil des ans (jamais écrit de critique sur cet endroit auparavant) et ce restaurant a toujours respecté ces normes élevées.
he was waiting for us for over 90 minutes. no explanation, excuses or a basket of broth to tremble youthful. When the food arrived, it was best to have a 3/10. at least people say when they arrive that there is a long waiting time. so that they can decide what to do. my advice does not waste their time or money at this place, ski to another restaurant.

Manger ici est un peu cher, mais c'était excellent. Des frites et un burger fabuleux ainsi qu'une magnifique planche de charcuterie. Nous avons apprécié notre repas ici et la vue depuis la terrasse était superbe.
