Le Caveau Gambrinus

The Le Gambrinus was recommended to us by the head of the Pfifferhus in Ribeauville when I asked where we can eat well when they have. It is an older farm with rustic furnishings. The highlight is the old oven in the house where the flame cakes are baked. We've never eaten such great flame cake in the over 30 years we drive into Alsace.
