Friendly staff, friendly welcome. Menu du jour was excellent value at €17.90 for 3 courses. Particularly good was that the MDJ had a choice of 6 items for each course. All the food was very tasty and portions were large. Waiting time for each course was a bit slow but the restaurant was very busy and the staff were attentive and kept us updated. Très amicalement équipe dans cette resto. MDJ à la belle prix de seulement €17.90 pour entrée, plat, dessert avec 6 choix par chaque-un. Peut-être un peut lente mais c'était très occupé et la nourriture étais délicieux.

Had the sardines which consisted of 9 sardines, which were ok but could have been grilled better, with chips and salad. Creme brulee with white chocolate was ok. Service was not the best as wine didn't arrive at the table until the main arrived. Wouldn't go back.

From start to finish this restaurant was fantastic . The service , food and staff were great . Nothing was too much trouble even though people were waiting to be seated we were not rushed . Would definitely go again if we ever go to Saint Gilles .

We walked the length of the street and looked at every menu and decided on this one. Lucky find - lovely food, beautifully presented and good service. It was a shame it was our last night as we would have loved to have gone back again.

Delicious monkfish with lobster sauce and profiteroles. Langoustine ravioli also delish. If I was here longer would definitely go back.
