Le Chaumois - Réservation de table

Nous étions ravis de dîner au restaurant Chaumois pour mon anniversaire, mais nous avons été déçus. Certes, l'accueil, le cadre et le serviceétaient irréprochables, mais la qualité des plats était plus que médiocre. Les œufs en meurette étaient servis avec une sauce trop salée et non réduite, le filet de cabillaud (plat du jour) était trop cuit et sec sur le dessus, il en allait de même pour le steak de saumon. La blanquette de veau à l'ancienne n'avait rien à offrir : il manquait la crème, les petites oignons grelots, les champignons et le bacon, en plus d'un jus trop salé. C'était vraiment en deçà de ce que nous connaissions auparavant. Tout cela pour 160 € à cinq… Je ne pense pas que nous...

Disappointing..very expensive..set of the day 33 euros....starter, main course, dessert. With 2 glasses of wine, half badoit, a coffee...the final bill 55.70. Starter: a little ham taken out of a vacuum package..6 small melon croissants hardly thicker than cigarette paper. Dish: A fillet of sea bass, thawed with 2 green beans, a quarter of a tomato, three slices of zucchini and a little dolphin gratin. A dessert called Tiramusu charged 6 Euros "formula supplement. Place to avoid....downright bad Flight!!!!

Staying at another hotel who's restaurant was closed I happened on this little gem. Polite and welcoming staff, good food, reasonable prices. I had a lentil and duck salad (a bit too much lentils but nevermind), the veal special, and a tasty tiramisu all washed down with a couple of glasses of local red. 3 courses makes a set menu so it was a little bit cheaper than the menu prices. Recommended. Service: Dine in

Je me suis arrêté ici pour recharger ma Tesla et j'étais content de voir qu'il y avait de la nourriture proposée. Bien que ce soit un peu trop chic pour mes goûts cette fois-ci, c'était très agréable. J'ai pris de la joue de porc et elle était délicieusement cuite. Le repas en entier était très bon. a very friendly welcome, a very pleasant setting, but very disappointed with the meal. The formulas offered only concern the daily specials, otherwise it is the menu. The dishes offered are not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel restaurant. The quality/price ratio is not there, even if the service is impeccable and the staff is very pleasant. To flee urgently, came to recharge the car, we asked for dinner, it was 7:45 p.m., very cold reception by a person who I think was responsible there, fifty if you have not reserved no meal, all on a very contemptuous tone, we were not in a hurry and above all there was plenty of free space. Obviously this person did not want to work. I strongly advise against it.
