If you like food that is from the region, respects nature and uses local products and herbs, then you will adore this restaurant. The lady who served us was able to tell us about the herbs they gather and use many of which I had never heard where the food comes from, how it is made and any dietary requirements are taken in their stride. We love vegetables and it was delightful to see that they were plentiful on the plate and then we were offered more later on. Located opposite a grandiose panorama, this typical mountain restaurant offers refined, varied cuisine of above-average quality. The passion that drives the owners is distilled in a subtle and distinguished manner in the presentation of the dishes. As for the flavors, they have no false notes and were able to offer me a moment of happiness, all accompanied by regional wines whose aromas blend perfectly with the culinary flavors.
