Prior to catching the ferry the next morning, we stayed for a night in a yurt next door, and had a memorable meal to celebrate the end of our holiday. Do note that this place is, not surprisingly, very popular, and was full the night we were there. We booked about a month beforehand, and were not the first entry in the reservations list! The menu options are written on blackboards on the wall and appear to be changed regularly to include what is in season. They also give different prices for different sizes of each dish, to suit all appetites. We attempted to eat here once by just turning up, but alas, there was no space and had to book a table. I'm glad we persevered, as the food was excellent and the service was exceptional. The waiting staff were very patient with us as traditional French food is new to some of us, so took a little while to decide on just the right balance. We opted for crab claws, burgers the mixed steak grill and lamb tagine (one of the best I've tasted)..

We stumbled upon this place at the end of our stay but managed to get 2 visits in. An amazing experience, superb food, atmosphere and service. You will find a lot of locally sourced food and they stock local artisanal produce as well.

Très animé, il est recommandé de réserver si vous voulez être sûr d'avoir une table. La nourriture est fantastique et l'atmosphère est charmante. Ça vaut vraiment le détour. Allez-y.

Fabulous place! Really friendly with gorgeous food. No menu... all on boards, fresh food French with a modern twist! Desert board to share to die for!
