Super atmosphere, great value set lunch. Reading some of the other reviews do make me roll my eyes though! It's a beautiful small French town, lunch starts at 12, most people arrive between 12 and 12.30, so leave it much later and you'll struggle to get a table, certainly on the shaded terrace. The service was perfectly placed, the waiter knew we weren't in a rush and served accordingly. The chap on the adjacent table was clearly on his lunch break and said so, he was served more quickly. The set lunch was 15.50 Euros for starter (salmon tartre), main (steak) and dessert (lemon cake). The service was very friendly, excellent value. Situated in the centre of this French Market down this small cosy restaurant like all French cafe's spiiis out onto pavement and on market days seems part of the bustling activities We visit the Loire region of France annually and Loch is a must as is the Les Arts Cafe Brasserie. It doesn't disappoint. Good food friendly staff a must to visit

Ne vous laissez pas tromper par le nom de "café". C'est aussi un restaurant qui sert une excellente cuisine. Des places confortables de type diner dans une salle spacieuse avec des moulures et de charmantes peintures de Loches. Un patron et un personnel accueillants. Une atmosphère décontractée et animée même en ces temps de Covid.

J'ai eu la chance d'avoir une table pour 5 personnes en promenade. La nourriture était délicieuse ! Le service était vraiment sympathique et accueillant. Je le recommanderais certainement !!

Arrived at 2.35 and they stopped serving meals at 2.30 so only a couple of items available-croque monsieur was good but service a little slow.
