We had trouble finding this restaurant, nestled in a five-star hotel, despite our gps. On the evening of November, the dark, windy roads had somewhat shook our mood before, that finally, we arrived by having to call the restaurant to have more precise indications (which were very kind and useful!.) once we arrived, we entered a vast room of clear-cut wood. We are shown a very tempting map but which, from the point of view of our Belgian standards for a star restaurant, seem to be expensive. I finally opt for a calf egg followed by a suprem of pigeon and a loaf lost to the fig. We offer some cheeses before dessert and we enjoy. I dine twice in the alps garden this winter. once with a couple of friends, and the second with a friend. We took the surprise menu the two times, and what degustation! from start to finish, to the many loveries, and the small ovens after the main dessert. a veritable feast! delicious foods, thanks to the freshness of the ingredients, fresh and innovative combinations; For example, large shrimps, cooked a point, with a divine lemon sauce...A delicate and legery cuisine that delights taste buds. service was excellent. each time we've been very well busy, just to the right extent. This is certainly a very good place for real gastronomy. We chose a three course dinner. Very nice amuses bouches of which the coquilles St. Jacques were of outstanding taste. Followed by a starter of langoustine, nice presentation, and of very good taste. Accompanied by an excellent glass of Sauvignon Blanc from the Vaud winery Louis Bovard. Main dish was lamb and a beautiful piece of white fish bar de ligne. Very well prepared, nice presentation and of very good taste. The meat was very tender, but could have been slightly more spiced. Place is highly recommended. Believe me: you can spend fantastic time, to taste unbelievable dishes. What was amazing: choice of cheeses are limited by only local producers. But this is more then enough : they are wonderful. Be brave: get sets! Next day you can...keep diet, but not the day if visit this restaurant. Le Jardin des Alpes has improved and the overall quality is getting much better, well done!The little glitches will disappear in time and the Chef will be most certainly less tense when you see him. The quality of the product is great so is the presentation and taste. Prices are a bit high but we are in the mountains....The lobster was great as well as the St-Jacques!We shall go back

We had booked for a family meal, when we arrived they had not entered our reservation, the hotel master received us grossly and had nothing to do with our disappointment.While this establishment pretends to be gastronomic, I think the staff should learn politeness.Damn!!!I don't think to resound the adventure

A great bravo to the chief. after having a 4-course menu. 2 beautiful entrances of real painting. a stuffed fish with singers and finally a dessert with wood strawberries. Thanks to the ladies who served us professionally and smile. We'll go back with great pleasure. Thank you for that moment.

We were lucky enough to be taken out to dinner here in December. An absolutely incredible experience. The food was daring and delicious, the wine exceptional and the service was as good as it gets. A wonderful experience. P.S. get the cheese... Réservez une table maintenant

I took the lightning to the truffle and it was a pure delight, as there was no bar I took the hommard that was really elastic. as to the reception and service, really not at the level .... damage.
