"With only 35 seats it is essential that you book ahead. The buckwheat galette is great for gluten free dining if needed. The restaurant also offers all the alternative mountain style food, raclettes, fondue etc. Friendly service, cosy, maybe a little tightly packed, restaurant. Worth a visit."

From the outside it may look like a without interest crêperie but from the inside it is a real beautiful chalet with a mountain ambiance. The food wich is all "bio" (organic) is flabbergasting ! From the chease to even the frechly picked salad everything is delicious! The waiters are friendly and gives you all their attention. The prices are correct compare to the quality and the surrounding restaurants. Overall if you go to Monetier or even the surrounding villages(Villeneuve,Chantemerle,Briancon) you should try this place.

Our watering hole of choice at the end of each day's activities in this beautiful valley. Located in a small square behind the church away from the bustle and traffic of the main street, the waiters are laid back without losing efficiency, the beer's cold and the sun's hot but shade is available if you want it. Their Assiette du Fromage goes really well with your late afternoon sippers and feeds 4. Just great.

This was simple, excellent food with fantastic mostly local ingredients. We had raclette, crêpe Sarrazin, salad, different puddings, and a 50cl bottle of Mondeuse. All were memorably good. For 3 people this all came to €100.Staff efficient and friendly In winter try to eat downstairs - it's cozy with a fireplaceDuring ski holiday period, you need to reserve.

Really tasty, employees are nice and professional. All the food is local and organic, including the flour they use to pancake. Home made kitchen, is all that we need ! Due to the large amount of demand and the size of the place, I recommend you to book before. (Warm fire place inside, you can ask for the tables !)Cheers
