Le Nagoya - Réserver une table

We were glad to find Nagoya open on our Sunday night visit as many of the restaurants in Arras were closed.It looks like a simple cafe - in fact it is a simple cafe - but what it lacks in style it makes up in other ways. Our table was at the front window and we seemed to be surrounded by people waiting for their takeaways, so it all felt a bit "what are we doing here".Service was very welcoming and the waiter spoke English which is better than trying to understand French spoken with a Japanese accent!The food was really good - sashimi, sushi, brochettes, ghozas, all delicious. They have a barbecue/grill device within your table-top (no, not a teppanyaki plate) for Korean dishes, but we didn't try that.And the bonus was that the simplicity of the place was reflected in the bill.

Had such a lovely experience at Nagoya. It was just on a whim and although we were the first in, the main restaurant filled up very quickly. The choice of menus was fantastic for those of us not exactly fluent in Japanese food, and everything that we tasted was delicious and to my mind, good value for money. Highly recommended.

Excellent restaurant si vous voulez goûter aux spécialités japonaises et coréennes même si je trouve que le menu doit être un peu plus étoffé du côté coréen. J'ai testé le kimbap et ce fût une agréable surprise. Rien à redire. Les serveurs sont très agréables et les prix abordables.

We like pretty much all the food, menu and service and settled on some Korean food. Good, but it was first restaurant ever, advertising Korean food but unable to deliver kimchee - somewhat disappointing.

Great sushi-place! Fish is delicious and fresh. Really nothing I can comment on. The soup we got as a starter was nice and the staff was friendly.
