Le Pavillon Bleu

Friendly waiter, we didn't order pizzas before so we waited while having the aperitif quietly, not wanting to bother the pizza chef who had a lot of orders. We came because it was highly recommended to us, with succulent pizzas made by HK. I had a salmon pizza and my companion had an Umberto pizza. We couldn't wait to taste it!! Total disillusionment!!! I have never had such bad pizza. Being a fan of Norwegian pizzas I'm used to having it and it's the worst I've eaten. The dough was good....but the extremely salty salmon was very low quality and in addition to the parmesan we had tasteless cheese (it's a shame with the taste perhaps we would feel less salty from the salmon) I didn't feel not even the crème fraîche. I must have had trouble eating it but I don't like a waste. My partner doesn't like cheese, so the tasteless parmesan on pizzas is fine, but with the other cheese it was too much for him. Not wanting to create a scandal or make a mess, we ate and quickly left! Unfortunately we will not come back and for our next vacation we will go somewhere else.

We ate 2 pizzas which were great. I recommend that you eat them there or take them with you. Everything was excellent, the dough. In short, a killing Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
