Pretty dirty. pleasant and listening staff. We stayed at the hotel and had dinner there for one night. We ate on the map. My husband took a ward, she was a copyy and very good. I was not lucky I wanted to take the fish in the croute (salt I didn't know it) and unfortunately it was very salty. the young girl who took care of us immediately exchanged me but there again was dry and salty. When I set the bill I asked if it was possible to make a move and they offered us the aperitif. it would have been nice to propose it directly to us.

Il y a eu une longue attente avant que l'on prenne notre commande de boissons et les menus sont arrivés un peu plus tard. Il semblait y avoir une longue pause entre les services. Le menu du déjeuner du dimanche était un bon choix. La nourriture était servie avec style et les portions étaient très délicieuses. Les boissons étaient chères. Je recommanderais ce restaurant et nous y retournerons.

The kitchen is very good and the dishes are quite refined, but there are typical alsatian dishes on the menu. the chef has adapted the dishes of the half board package as we have stayed several days.

Beau cadre, mais sans nourriture délicieuse. Quatre plats et tout était froid, pomme de terre brûlée, tacos farcis crus en accompagnement avec des crevettes. Je propose de reconsidérer la recommandation Michelin pour le restaurant.
Un repas en trois services avec une bouteille de vin et des cafés pour deux personnes coûtait 135 euros. Cela en valait la peine. La nourriture était merveilleuse, le service était bon et le vin était excellent...

Tasteful menu, served with fresh and quality products. Staff are competent. Very good time.
