I want to start this review by highlighting the incredible service. The whole culinary experience begins on a good note with a very friendly Valet. The staff is absolutely wonderful, they only have the right sound, are extremely helpful and always here to give the right input. Nevertheless, the food was not “market movement”. You would really expect more for a Michael star and I was in some Michael start restaurant and in comparision, our meal simply missed these particular je ne sais quoi. It was an unforgettable evening. The attitude is remarkable. The hotel and the dining area are beautiful and the view from the terrace is stunning. The service was perfect in every way. attentive, friendly and demanding. The food was very good and beautifully presented. We didn't...the dishes were special for what we paid. We had beef and lamb as our head, and they were both good, but not remarkable. Both came with vegetables and a beautiful sauce, but nothing special. We had a cold vegetable dish a foie grass as appetizers and they were more interesting. The extensive wine list was very expensive. Not much under $100 and more. I tried the lunch restaurant Olliveraie a few months ago, and last i tried St Martin dinner-restaurant, my verdict is Olliverai 9/10 and St Martin 3/10 ! Lots of staff people, very friendly, but chaotic organised, food was not worth any michelin star, a tomato...based starter consisted out of 3 slices with the bottom of the tomato and his hard root stil in it. Now i understand they only have 25th place in this 75 restaurants list. But no remarks for their Olliveraie, must be an other chef there, big difference, we come back to Olliveraie, but never to St Martin, sorry

We were 90. My grandmother's birthday dinner. Service was excellent and attentive. All went the extra mile to make us comfortable. I had the œuf à coque that was excellent. Simple, beautifully presented and delightful. The turbot as my head was perfect...boiled. Sommelier was very knowledgeable and he understood what we like. The wine list is very well balanced catering for every taste and budget. To cover everything, they baked a beautiful chocolate birthday cake. All considered great luxury, quality, service at a reasonable price. Will be back

Affreux. Nous avions attendu le plat principal pendant environ 1 heure, demandé aux serveurs quand il arrivait, il a dit en 5 minutes, mais après 10 minutes nous avons demandé à nouveau, il a dit que c'était une erreur dans la cuisine, alors nous sommes partis sans plat principal. cours. Tout le monde autour de l'entrée, du plat et du dessert pendant que nous attendions. Ne reviens jamais
