Menu bien construit pour le bon vendredi. Les apéritifs étaient beaux et délicieux, de petites soupes offre vraiment popped, de petits poissons et de sésame, la salade d'algue a été présentée imaginativement dans un petit panier asiatique. Le premier cours de thon frais et de feta était à la fois excellent et délicieux. Le cours principal du saumon grillé était délicieux sur la base de pommes de terre de maïs à base de plantes. Le dessert se composait de glace avec des bouts de gingembre avec un superbe tartlet de rhubarbe recouvert de fraises fraîches et de points de meringue tressés. Les paires de vin ont été soigneusement sélectionnées et bien expliquées par l'hôtesse. Les chambres du restaurant étaient fraîches, mais très élégantes. J'ai apprécié le service amical.

Well-built menu for the good Friday. The appetizers were beautiful and delicious, small soup offers really popped, small fish and sesame, seaweed salad was presented imaginatively in a small Asian basket. The first course of fresh tuna and feta was both excellently arranged and delicious. The main course of the grilled salmon was delicious on a basis of herbal corn potatoes. The dessert consisted of ice with ginger snap bits along with a stunning camtlet of Rhabarb from fresh strawberries and braided Meringue dots. Wine pairings were carefully selected and well explained by the hostess. The rooms of the restaurant were fresh, but very stylish. I appreciated the friendly service.

An excellent menu, matching wines and an attentive service, our family dinner at Le Strasbourg was as always a perfect experience. We can highly recommend this beautiful and contemporary restaurant in the heart of Bitche. Thank you to the team!
