A birthday lunch with various ages. Arrange pre lunch drinks, the menu in advanced and a private room the back, so we could mingle and not bother other guests. Mathieu was charming and helpful, my French isn't bad but his English is better. A good menu, great value, and everyone had a fabulous time. I had eaten there before with my partner, and the menu of the day is also superb. They offer child menu as well. Cooked chicken (not frozen nuggets!). Chocolate fondue pudding delicious.

Very friendly & helpful staff. One member had very good English, two others ok.We sat in the central open space which was comfortable with a good atmosphere. We had three meals there as it was it was very good. We are contemplating returning to stay in the hotel.It's off the beaten track and very accessible not only to Carcasonne but also to the south coast & cities.

I ate at this restaurant four times during two stays in the area in 2016.The restaurant has several tables indoors and an enchanting outdoor space for summer dining. The meal choices were varied, each offering great value, with local dishes showing off the great range of produce the area has to enjoy.The owners were respectfully pleasant and welcoming.

A great location for dinner. 11 in our party which included children. We all had a fantastic meal. Offers good value for money. Lots of choice across the menus. The Cassoulet was the best I have eaten in the area. The service was excellent & the wine was great. We will be back! Thank you.

The chef went out of his way to make a delicious gluten free meal for us. My mum had the best choices particularly the main which was duck with mash potato wrapped in pastry, can't remember the name but it was amazing. Lovely relaxing courtyard, friendly staff.
