A bit of a mixed bag. On the plus side the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very spacious, the bed and bedding clean and comfortable and the view from the balcony was spectacular. The free minibar, replenished both days, was really appreciated. On the downside, the room felt grubby and unloved, it needs a complete overhaul. There were stains all over the balcony wall, which had cheap uncomfortable seating. The bathroom had a bath (a bonus), a bidet, but the worst shower ever and looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 1970’s. I love this hotel and have been coming back here every time I'm in the region. I love their fresh style, their innovative differences on top of the excellent location and views. Their customer service (the male colleagues at least) are always superprofessional, courteous and smiling while Switzerland isn't exactly known as the land of smiles (as you can see from the female colleagues at the reception). I like so many details about the hotel, the hot drinks station in the lobby, the popcorn box, the gym and wellness area, the loudspeaker in the room, and when on offer, especially the yoga classes for guests in the morning with a really good yoga teacher, who I miss whenever the classes are no...

Everything went perfectly on this visit, as the 'tube ' specially created for fondue lovers in the open space was well heated, and it was great experience to enjoy perfectly prepared fondue with a fine glass (or two) of Dezaley chasselas with friends. The service staff were friendly, most flexible to assign us good seats so we could have a good, quiet time even if the 'tube ' was fully booked.
This little restaurant is amazing! The food is incredible and the person who visited us was really nice. The service was amazing. We had great time.
