If I could give ZERO stars I would. I have no idea whats happened to them but the 3 pizzas we ordered tonight were pathetic and disgusting. I threw mine out didnt even eat it. We ordered a cheese pizza but the dough was soggy and undercooked, then the pepperoni and bacon was the WORST!!! Literally we got ONE pepperoni and one piece of bacon (that was nothing but fat) on each slice. The 3rd was sausage, tomatoes and onions. Again on each slice there was ONE cut of tomato, ONE piece of sausage and a few onion pieces. WTH happened to sprinkling the entire pizza with bacon pieces, sausage, tomato etc, so the slices are covered. This pizza was precut then each piece had one pice of topping each.O...
I have to agree with the negative reviews about this restaurant. It really should consider losing its license. The manager has a bad attitude, and things like dirty glasses and an unclean dining room carpet suggest that the place has not been properly cleaned in months. I am surprised at the lack of attention to important things like kitchen cleanliness and customer service. The person who answers the phone is always rude. I regret having been a patron for so many years. I now drive somewhere else for pizza, but I do like Leathero's. I called to place an order for pickup. The person who answered the phone sounded like they were outside. Despite this, I still placed my order and mentioned that I wanted to prepay over the phone since someone else would be picking up for me. The man on the phone abruptly said no. I asked why, as I have done this many times before. He started yelling, saying it was a waste of his time and that I wouldn't show up. I never had a problem, but reading these reviews are terrible! Everybody can’t be lying! The most disgusting thing is the guy with the maggot on his box, the family saw the gentle coming from the kitchen wiping his nose on his apron, why is this place open? The guy up front is very rude indeed! This is not good!
service the worst. instead of making food they order, refund the money and close the doors. I gave this place so many tries about the years, but the customer service is horrid, they do not care about them or their hard earned money. they are rude and negligent.
