If you value polite and respectful customer service, don 't go to the Ledo Pizza at Ritchie Station, Capitol Heights. I am not sure if the person who answered the phone is a staff member or the manager, regardless, he was extremely rude, impatient and abrupt with me. I had called the restaurant four times and each time, I was being hung up on. When I finally got thru I asked the individual why he had hung up on me 4 times. Instead of being polite and explaining he did not hear me on the other end of the line, he was defensive, rude and stated disrespectfully, what did you want me to do . I will no longer go to this particular Ledo at Ritchie Station. I 've encountered this particular person...
Self-Serve. No waitstaff. Smaller restaurant with few tables. Seating cramped and tight in the booths. Food was good but the Fettuccine Alfredo with Broccoli and Chicken had WAY TOO MUCH SAUCE. IT was like Alfredo Soup, about 3 times as much sauce as needed. This Ledos is better than many others. Our regular Ledos location in Bethesda is far better. LEDO's is outstanding! Their pizza is consistently hot and freshly prepared. The customer service is sincere and helpful, even though they don’t offer dine-in options. The shop is spotless, and they definitely don't hold back on the sauce, Parmesan, or red pepper flakes. I’ve never had any problems with Ledo's pizza; it’s always of the highest quality. I will definitely keep coming back to LEDO's.
I ordered a small pepperoni pizza, which was delicious and had a nice crispy crust. I also tried a meat calzone; it was good but could have been cooked a bit longer for a crispier crust. It came with a dipping sauce. I also ordered a small salad, which was pleasant. The service was just okay, as it took about 15 minutes for my order to be ready. Overall, it was a satisfying dinner.

Don't order the $6 dollar calzone. This is the second location where it's pointless to order it. There is no toppings inside and it's very flat. Someone picked it up for me so I wasn't able to complain in person but I'm very unsatisfied. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner
The Spicy Toasted Ravioli was fantastic, but I wasn't as impressed with the pizza. The sauce tasted a bit off and didn't have the rich flavor I typically love from Ledo's at other locations. Unfortunately, this different sauce left an unpleasant aftertaste.
Before hurrying customers, please ensure that online orders are checked for accuracy. I pointed out missing items twice, but the staff still made mistakes both times. Overall, I would rate the food a 2, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.
The restaurant is in a fantastic location with plenty of other stores nearby. The food and service both receive a perfect score of 5, while the atmosphere is rated at a 4.
