The sausage was sparse, with just one piece on every other slice and hardly any sauce, while the anchovies were barely present on each slice. I was so appalled that I decided to call the restaurant and speak to the manager, Shameema (sp). Unfortunately, she was rude and talked over me. When I expressed my concerns, she suggested that I could have ordered extra toppings if I wanted more sausage or anchovies. I explained that I shouldn’t have to pay extra for a topping that should have been properly included. At no point did she ask how she could resolve the situation or even offer a simple apology. Instead, she insisted that a whole anchovy couldn't fit on a slice.

I went inside to order and I asked if I could dine in. They told me I could not dine in because my order was a carry out order. I told them I would pay the dine in fee and they still refused to allow me to dine in the restaurant. Both men were very rude and I could not understand why as a paying customer I couldn’t eat in the restaurant. Also there was no one dining in I was the only one in there. Horrible service. I will never order from them again. It was discrimination against me as a black woman.
Tonight was the worst experience I have ever had at this lefos the pizza was absolutely disgusting because of the bacon that was used. I regularly order from this location and never had the bacon taste like it did tonight I honestly believe it was bad. When I called and spoke to the manager who claimed to be the owner she was rude and wouldn't even offer a replacement. I will be using the pizza hut right next to this location from now and I would encourage other to do so?? very bad customer service
Extremely rude experience. We purchased our food and chose to eat in the restaurant, but were told we had to leave because we had ordered takeout. The server claimed they didn’t receive enough compensation since we weren’t using their table service. I recommend avoiding this establishment. It’s unacceptable to kick out paying customers who have treated you with respect.

This place is the worst someone picked up my pizza for me I called the location to tell them pizza was dry not enough sauce they tell oh well nothing they can do about no refund and they can't remake. This place has the standard Ledos atmosphere except the staff seemed to be very concerned about the small stuff. Have to pay extra for ranch sauce and no free refills when dining in. Also, on the pizzas, they also seem to be very conservative with the cheese.
I ordered and paid for extra sausage and mushrooms and there was bearly any topping on my whole pizza. I'm a truck driver and been to Ledo's all over the region for the last 44 years. Never been to a rip off place like this!!!
Pizza not fully cooked and lacking adequate amount of cheese and toppings can only taste crust with every bite. Will not return as this is my 2nd bad experience and refuse to give them a chance at a 3rd.

Place really went down hill. Just ordered two pizzas and they were so greasy and undercooked we just threw them in the garbage.
The pizza showing is supposed to be a meat lovers. Where’s the meat.. never again at Ledos on Swan Creek Rd, Fort
