After us, everyone in line received their orders promptly. Each time we inquired about our order, we were met with blank stares and told it wasn't ready yet. It wasn't until all other orders had been filled—about ten in total—that they finally recognized something was amiss.
When we asked what had happened, the only response we got was, "I don't know." Well, I can tell you what happened: they lost our order and didn’t seem to care at all.
There was NO apology. How inconsiderate! When a mistake is made, a simple "I'm sorry" is the least you expect, right? They just showed a complete lack of concern.
I plan to share my experience on the corporate website, and we'll see if anything comes of...
