Legend Hot Chicken Hawaiian Gardens

There are two Legend Chicken in this area and I would say this location is the better of the two. The spice is no joke and if you are the type of person who considers hot Cheetos spicy, then anything above a mild is not for you. The sandwich combo is a great deal. I'll usually do a medium with coleslaw and it's crispy and delicious every time. The fries are seasoned well and you get a good amount. I've never been here while it was super busy so the service has always been prompt. The plaza has plenty of parking. If you're looking for a competitor in the chicken sandwich wars, Legends puts up a fight!

My son an I go to Legends in Hawaiian Gardens at least 1-2 times a month. We have tried many of the local chicken places and they can't Cluck it. The heat on this chicken is on point. I haven't gotten to the hottest level yet. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They haven't always been very nice to my son and me. The ambiance of the restaurant is very casual and laid back. They have plenty of TV to catch a game if needed.

Solid spot for fried chicken. Husband felt like it was not crispy enough and felt more like the breading on chicken sandwiches instead of friend chicken, if that makes sense? They do appear to be known for their sammies though so maybe we'll be back to try those next time. Service was okay. I also thought it was funny they had a sign up saying they no longer offer refunds if the food is too spicy xD

Legend Chicken is honestly a pretty cool spot. They're chicken seems to be somewhat battered rather than fried which honestly isn't my favorite type of chicken but it was still good. My boyfriend and I ate inside and had some beers while we waited for our food. Service was awesome and the portions were generous. All in all I do recommend! Réservez une table maintenant

YES their wings are Legendary but beware, their MILD is still HOT and the highest level will remove the chrome off a trailer hitch! No re-do for wrong choices so consider yourself warned!

Very pricey but portion size is good and delicious food, mac and cheese is good, chicken is thickk and very worth the price. Réservez une table maintenant

The mild flavor is way too spicy. It's literally inedible. Maybe I'm getting too old.
