It was probably our fourth or fifth time at this restaurant and the first time we were disappointed. The menu degustation was not available on a Tuesday which had not been notified to us in advance (we reserved online) and the answers provided were incoherent (the waiter said that the chef was not in on Tuesdays and then retracted what he said). The corn salad was inventive and very good but served in a deep plate which was too deep to be usable. The main dish (roasted chicken) was barely passable: the chicken was overcooked, hard and dry. It was served with fried rosti which were tasteless and did not match with the sauce served with the chicken. The desert using buckwheat was uninteresting...

Nous aimons ce restaurant est la 4ème fois que je le mange, puis c’est l’hôtel de mon cœur, nous avons passé 2 nuits, une merveille! Cette fois, j'ai pu profiter de la belle terrasse avec une vue panoramique sur la montagne, le service très bien, nous avons pris le fameux menu le 55 disponible seulement à midi la semaine, très bon poisson très fin dans le plat principal à tomber!
