Lena Dominican Restuarant

This restaurant has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. When I went there in person, I was not acknowledged and the servers were too busy with their own conversation to pay attention to me. I finally walked out. Despite this bad experience, I decided to give them another chance by ordering food for delivery. After waiting for an hour, I called to inquire about the status of my order, but was put on hold for 20 minutes. No one returned to the phone and eventually, I was hung up on. I called back each time only to be hung up on again. I will never go back to this establishment, no matter how good their food may be.

We decided to dine at this restaurant after reading positive reviews and seeing photos, and we were not let down! The food was delicious and the portions were generous. The service from the waitstaff was excellent. Highly recommended!

Food and drinks were great. Our waitress was really nice and patient with my group. I also enjoyed the Bachata music.
