I just want to say I have been ordering from Lenny?s on line at chow now due to Covid using their delivery service . My last order was missing item and incorrect. I spoke directly to Lenny?s Keith mgt and apologized and refunded my order and chow now gave me an additional credit for future delivery and apology from mgt. I love their bagels chick salad plain big chunks. Fresh. And bagels always fresh.I believe order mistakes are their staff not overseeing the orders.they are trying to be customer service friendly.hopefully delivery service will improve. Obviously some of their packers are Making mistakes and mgt has to oversee they are correct. As gives restaurant negative reviews. !!
Yesterday I went in to order a Low Carb bagel with jalapeno cream cheese. I received a everything bagel with jalapeno Tofutti. Due to the lack of time I had to go inside, I disregarded the mistake and decided to give Lenny's another shot. I went in today.I asked for a low carb bagel with jalapeno cream cheese and a everything bagel with butter. The lady gave me the completelywrong order. The customer service has gone down tremendously here. Would not recommend.

The customer service here has really declined. I wouldn't recommend this place.
I really love this place! However, over the past few years, the portion sizes have gotten smaller, and the prices for bagels have increased. I've stopped going there daily and now only visit once a month. If you're looking for a delicious bagel, albeit a bit pricey, this is the spot for you. The egg bagel comes with protein, spinach, and turkey bacon. It barely qualifies as a sandwich though. Overall, it's a bit disappointing in that regard.

You can tell them 100 times no onions on the egg omelette and they will still put it in that?s just the way they are just accept it and move on they didn?t want to give us a drink even though the combo says drink is included they say it?s only hot but not cold, yet they will give us a glass of ice for the tea???? Just does not make sense. Everyone including my friends n neighbors complain about this place but they still come don?t get why
I use to love this place. Over the past years, portions have gotten smaller. Bagel prices have increased. I?ve stopped frequenting this place daily and starting going monthly. If you want a good bagel that?s a bit over priced, this is the placefor you. Pictured is the egg bagel with egg whites, spinach, and turkey bacon. As you can see there?s barely much of a sandwichthere. Disappointed in the downhill progression.
I go to Lenny?s every week. I finally decided to order in today and this is what the delivery guy had the audacity to hand me. Cups of soup with the lids smashed and literally dripping wet bagels. He said his pants were wet too and there?s nothing he could do about it. Utterly shocked at this poor service. Thank you for ruining the first day of 2022.
Haven't been in person, but had their food delivered because I was craving a good bagel (New Yorker, just moved to CT). The bagel was okay, nothing special. French toast was wet and floppy, and tasted like egg. Breakfast bowls were also very averagetasting.

I?ve been coming to this bagel shop for 25 years. I?ve been living in NYC for 12 of those years. I still with come up and go out of my way for Lenny?s. They are the best bagels ever? I choose them over any NYC bagel any day.
