I have personally frequented This particular location for a few years now, so my opinion may be a bit biased. However, I arrived today around 11a (lunch hour) and aside from a short wait, the staff here were friendly and welcoming. MyOrder was prepared properly and everything tasted fresh. My one qualm would be the items I asked for On the side did not make it to the table with my order, and I had to wade through the crowd up to the counter to ask for them. I just had an amazing experience at the Stage Road location of Lenny's Subs. The employee who took my order, Tony, was fantastic. He was not only friendly and helpful, but he also surprised me with a free cookie and drink for my birthday. This unexpected gesture truly brightened my day and reminded me that there are still kind-hearted people out there. Thank you, Tony, for making my visit so special. I'll definitely be returning to this location!
Put too many hot banana peppers and jalapeños on my steak salad...I would have jumped for joy at extra onions but thars what I got...my mother in law won't tell me if she liked it ..I've been bragging all about this salad and got her one for a special occasion yet it was ruined taste wise by been pickled profusely and hoooooootttttt. Yes I still would come back...I usually don't prefer this location over Raleigh and Millington..
The floors were dirty and the service was extreemly slow. Additionally, when i asked for light mayo on my sandwitch the gentleman acted put out. A 20 minute wait for a sandwitch is pretty unacceptable. I am sure part of the wait was due to the cook being on a video chat. They had their phone visable and were talking about baby daddy issues. I just opened my sandwitch. It does not have the tomatoes I asked for.

This is not my favorite location but it is close enough for pick up. The location is often dirty, floors and tables. The staff isn’t terribly outgoing but they are not rude. It’s almost like they are just always exhausted. The food is usually pretty good, I’ve only had one strange experience where there was hardly any meat in the sandwich. Today, they were very timely and the food was very good.
I believe this will be my go-to restaurant for lunch from now on. I actually forgot my wallet and was about to cancel my order, but the management insisted on covering it for me. That gesture meant a lot, and I can’t thank them enough. To top it all off, the sandwich was delicious!
It took 15 minutes to get 2 sandwiches to-go, without a lunch rush existing. The hot Italian in particular came out soggy and bland. At $10 for a 7.5 sammy, Lenny's is overpriced for poor quality. It says something when the likes of Subway could be an improvement.
Shrinkflation has hit hard. Small portion, high price. I paid entree prices for what turned out to be an overpriced side salad. This was my last visit. This place used to be great. The decline started when they changed from Lenny's Sub Shop. Disappointing.

I absolutely love this place! The Buffalo Chicken Salad and the Deluxe Club on multi-grain bread are truly life-changing. I can't recommend them enough! I lost 70 pounds in around 9 months by eating here three to four times a week. It's amazing!
I live in Florida was told that nothing beats a Lenny's Sub. Now I'm a Believer! Yummy! :
