Absolutely dishonest and lying staff at this hotel. My manager booked me a room as we had a meeting the following day. I arrived and was told I need to make a payment of £95 by a rude lady named Michelle(I think manager as I saw her telling a member of staff off) despite payment arrangements made. I had to leave as I was told I will not be checked in without making a payment. Since then they have charged my manager( why ask me for payment if you were going to charge him) and are saying that a lady called Latifa checked me in, gave me room keys and I checked out following day. I have asked my manager to tell them that let's look at the hotel cameras to prove your total lies. Can check cameras all around including West Croydon station cameras if need be to prove their lies. Lying and dishonest people. Keep away from this place. You have asked me to provide the dates of my stay and the booking confirmation number. I was supposed to stay/had booking for Monday 31st July and the reference no:3284.077.499
Stayed in Leonardo Croydon, it's a beautiful bright room, with tea making facilities, it's even got an ironing board!!.... breakfast is amazing and has an amazing selection of different foods and take dietary needs into consideration....the staff and wonderful and friendly along with House Keeping who work round the clock, to keep your room tidy and clean....Thank you so much to Zac for a brilliant customer service! I've have a brilliant stay and would fully recommend. :
I stayed at the Leonardo Hotel with my group, about 50 students from China. The staff like Zac and the other lady staff, they are amazing, very helpful, and no trouble for them at all. They helped us to store the packages of water, they answered the student's questions so patiently. I couldn’t to say thank you enough. I definitely recommended the hotel for all who visit London and stay with them.
The hotel is nice, bedrooms are clean, staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a very nice place to stay in the heart of Croydon. The only downsides are the design of the shower and the TV in the room isn’t a smart TV. Other than that I will definitely be returning. Thank you for a lovely stay!
