The food is always delicious at this restaurant. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Even when they are busy, they still offer to refill your coffee after you pay. They don't rush you out and make you feel welcome to stay. However, I didn't want to linger too long due to their busyness. The food came out quickly and I particularly enjoyed the cinnamon swirl French toast. My only complaint is that I wish there were more than 4 pieces in the order, as they are round slices of bread and may not be filling enough for those with a big appetite. The coffee was also fresh and tasty.
I have visited several Leo's Coney Island locations in the tri-county area, and this one was exceptional! The seating was comfortable, the prices were reasonable, and the food was delicious. We ordered omelettes, eggs, and french toast for breakfast, and the coffee was served freshly brewed. The staff was accommodating for our group of 8 people. I will definitely return! Our server, Krishna, was very friendly and attentive.
I’d like to clarify based on the owner’s response that management was contacted after the waitress offered to cancel the full bill. However, she later returned and said she was instructed by management to only offer a 50% discount. The waitress was very apologetic, and I appreciate her efforts in voiding the bill. My frustration lies solely with the management, not with the staff.
My order is frequently incorrect, and it seems like the cooks are always arguing about something. I could overlook this if it happened just once, as things like that can happen, but when it occurs nearly every time I visit, it makes me hesitant to return. However, the food is tasty and affordable, just like at any other Leo's.

I ordered pancakes and bacon for takeout, and here's what I received. The cook must have known that this bacon was burnt before packing it up, and it definitely shouldn't have been served to a paying customer. This is unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
Love this place, I often come here with my friends on Sundays after church and the staff knows us by now. They make us feel right at home and we totally appreciate it. Thank you for the great hospitality. The food is great as always and they never disappoint
